  • Are More Sizes Available?

    At this early stage of our company, we’ve chosen to focus on a single unisex ring size designed to fit most fingers. Additional ring sizes will be introduced in the near future.

    If you need a specific size sooner, we can create a custom ring size upon request.
    A custom size comes with an additional cost of 500 SEK.

    How Do I Know My Ring Size?

    Here are two simple ways to determine your size:

    1. Measure the Inside Diameter
    Use a ring you already own and measure its inside diameter in millimeters. Then compare your measurement to the size conversion chart on the product page.

    2. Measure the Circumference of Your Finger
    Wrap a thread snugly around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure that length with a ruler. Match the measurement to the size chart on the product page to find your size.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We support a range of payment options depending on the country you’re shopping from. Simply head to the checkout to see the payment methods available for your location.

  • What is your return policy?

    We offer a 14-day return period, starting from the day your package is delivered.
    To qualify for a return, items must be unused, with the sealing tag intact, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser.

    To start a return, fill out the return form included in your parcel and place it inside the package you’re sending back.

    Please note: Made-to-order items and pieces with personalized engraving are not eligible for return.

    Can I return an online purchase in store?

    Yes — you’re welcome to return items at Skeppargatan 46, Stockholm.
    Your refund will still be processed through your original payment method, not directly in-store.

    When will I receive my refund?

    You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.

    • Credit Card (Adyen): Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. If not, contact your bank.

    • PayPal: Refunds take approximately 3–5 business days. If it hasn’t arrived after 5 days, please contact hello@yelow.se.

    Lost your return label?

    No worries — email us at hello@yelow.se, and we’ll send you a new return label.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can follow your package at any time using the link provided.
    Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

    If you haven’t received your notification, check your spam or secondary inboxes. If it’s still missing, feel free to contact us at hello@yelow.se.

    Can I change or update my order?

    Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, it can no longer be modified.
    We’re unable to add items to an existing order; additional products will need to be placed as a separate order.

    However, if your first order has not yet been processed, we may be able to combine multiple orders.
    To increase the chance of this, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and have your order number ready.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Order cancellations aren't available directly on the site, but we’re happy to help.
    To request a cancellation, please reach out to Customer Care.

    Cancellations can only be processed before your order has been handled and shipped. Once it’s been dispatched, we can no longer guarantee cancellation.

  • Why Has My Silver Turned Dark?

    If your sterling silver has darkened, it’s most likely due to oxidation, a natural reaction between silver and elements like sulfur in the air. This results in tarnish, which appears as a darker surface. It’s completely normal and easy to address.

    To restore its shine, use a silver polishing cloth or a gentle silver cleaner.
    To prevent future tarnishing, store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, ideally in an airtight container, and avoid moisture or harsh chemicals.

    To keep your jewellery looking its best, handle and store each piece with care. We use only premium materials, and all of our silver jewellery is nickel-free for long-lasting comfort and quality.
